Install instructions

WINDOWS - Execute Dissipate.exe inside the Dissipate folder. The x64 version is for 64-bit systems and the x86 version is for 32-bit systems.
LINUX - Execute Dissipate inside the Dissipate folder. The SDL2 needs to be installed on your system (cf. https://wiki.libsdl.org/Installation for Installation Instructions).
